Real Time Quotes checkbox not available - for Deluxe

I just installed today's release (see attachment for version info post update) and wanted to turn on realtime quotes. Per the Release Notes: you go to Edit->Preferences->Investments, and check the box. But the box is not there! Ideas?

    It will only be there if you have Premier or higher.  It will not be available on Deluxe or Starter.

    well then why was it noted in the release note for my "deluxe" update? Silly...but thx for info.
