Bank of America One Step Update suddenly not working

When I tried to update my Bank of America transactions today, I was given an error message and instructed to reauthorize with BoA. I did this sucessfully, but when I try to run the update in Quicken, the update "hangs". I contacted Support and followed all of their suggestions, including deactivating and reactivating the account, updating to latest version of Quicken, installing a patch, repairing my file. Nothing has worked. I know BoA changed their direct connect process, but I think the problem is on the Quicken side. Has anyone been successful in getting this to work?

Finally got this work, after signing back in and deactivating the account account and resetting it. However, the balance that is downloaded from the bank now includes pending transactions (although those transactions are not downloaded.)0
