How to Update (change) the "use online balance" balance and date?

Quicken Mac Same Issue with Citi-Bank?? Will not allow me to update the balance? Show balance of prior date.. I did statement balance, but the online balance does not change from prior date.. Get Error notice that there are transactions after prior date that have already been..reconciled? Continue does not help? Learn more option does not help??
