Transactions from other accounts not downloading after upgrade to Chase EWC+

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
After upgrading my Chase accounts to WC+ it appears that my other accounts such as Sears Mastercard for example are not downloading transactions any more. Chase is the only accounts downloading transactions.
