Downloading transactions for a Personal Capital Cash account?

Personal Capital technical support has not been able to provide a solution, nor has Quicken Support. Personal Capital is not a Quicken-supported financial institution. However, as noted in a previous question, Personal Capital Cash accounts are actually held by UMB Bank. I have tried all of the supported UMB connections in Quicken with no success...I do not have a UMB-specific login; I only have my Personal Capital login and that doesn't seem to work. I called UMB Bank but they just transferred me to Personal Capital, so I've come full circle. Hoping someone else has had more success than me.
