I'm having a problem adding a new Huntington account. Quicken says that Huntington does not recognize my sign in info. i know my Huntington Username and Password are correct. What information should be entered in the Quicken "Online Banking User Name"? Is it something different from the Huntington Username?0

My Huntington account stopped updating in Quicken. Turned off online services for the account then tried to restart online service but now Quicken says online services are not available for Huntington?!?0

I am very sorry to hear about these problems with online banking services and credentials. Thank you for letting us know about this on the Quicken Community.
To begin with, are you noticing any other error codes alongside this message? Also, am I understanding correctly that there is an extra line in the login window that is requesting credentials besides your Huntington banking username and password? Have you tried your QuickenID (usually an email address)?

I am sorry that you are being affected by online banking issues, as well. Are you also seeing prompts for credentials that don't seem to fit, or even 'invalid login' messages?

When I start the Add Account process and look for a bank whose name contains "Huntington", I get a whole bunch of banks found ...and there's a bunch more when you scroll down the list.Which of these are you doing business with? Is that the one you have selected in Quicken or are you knocking on a different bank's door?0

I was having the exact same problem with Huntington Bank, starting mid September 2022. CC-508 error code and an endless loop of signing into Huntington Bank with no indication of a new popup or window as indicated in the error. I found the answer on the Huntington website under Profile > Financial Management Tools Access > Allow third party...> change to on, then save. I don't know when Huntington added this or when they started enforcing it, but it may relate to their requirement for 2 factor authentication.0
