Quicken does not connect and download transaction from chase checking account.

You would think all of the connectivity and logon requirements were worked out. I contacted Chase online support and they informed me they see no errors on their side. So it appears Quicken has technical problems. I sent two prior problem reports to quicken with no response. It is not satisfying to see other Chase customers with the same problem that I have. Please fix the problems as of now your software is useless to me.

I am sorry about this problem with online banking services. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.
What seems to be happening when you try to add your accounts to online banking services, or update your accounts? There is currently an Open Alert regarding Chase accounts wherein no transactions are downloaded, and you can follow the link provided here for any additional details, and any future updates about this situation. Does that seem to describe what you are seeing?
