I receive error messages when trying to add Vanguard error code FDP 105 and Centennial Bank error code FDP 103.

First, note that the FDP-105 error message pertaining to your Vanguard account(s) could be related to temporary traffic conditions, per the Support Article linked here. With respect to your Centennial Bank accounts, please save a backup by navigating to File > Save a Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen while Quicken is open, then proceed through the enumerated troubleshooting steps listed in this Support Article.
