Quicken won't sync with Comenity AAA Travel Advantage VISA

Comenity took over the AAA Travel card on October 9. Quicken automatically created a new account named AAA Travel Advantage and stopped syncing with Bank of America. I have tried numerous times to "Set up online" without success. The customer service at Comenity were of NO help.
