Since the new releases, I can no longer automatically update my Synchrony or Chase accounts - why?

These accounts worked prior to the recent series of updates. I have 3 accounts with Chase in the family. Two update fine, the third says it is authorized but fails on the Quicken side during update. This has been tested with Bitdefender on and off. Same scenario for Synchrony Bank Amazon credit card account. Tested with Bitdefender on and off - fails to attach at all.

I have the same problem thru Bank of America. Seeing no response from Qicken, my guess is that they are still working out the fine details of how they are going to allow the IRS to peruse our finances.
