I began getting error OL-301-A when attempting to update my accounts with SECU. I have seven accounts ranging from checking, savings, CC etc. I have been successfully downloading transaction for many years. I deactivated online on one of my CC and it suddenly fixed the issue. I tried to re-add the credit card to quicken and it set it up fine but when I do one step update I get the error again.
If I go to the CC and click update now from the gear icon the update now box is greyed out and it wants me to manage my passwords. It is as if this CC will not properly store the password even after deleting and re-adding the account.
Any thoughts. Very frustrating when something works fine, then suddenly only partially works.

I am sorry to hear about these issues with online banking errors. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance.
First save a backup by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then proceed through the steps listed below:- In Quicken, select the Tools menu, then choose Online Center.
- Click the Financial Institution dropdown arrow and select the financial institution.
- Press CTRL+Shift while selecting Contact Info.
- Select one of the accounts associated with the bank from the dropdown list
- Select Financial Institution Branding and Profile from the list and click Refresh.
- Click OK and go online by clicking the Update/Send button.
- Attempt your online session again.

I apologize that this issue is continuing. Thank you for getting back to me about what is happening.
If this error message is continuing to appear, I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support by making use of the information provided in this link. They will need to document and troubleshoot this issue in greater detail with the resources and tools available to them.
I hope that is helpful, and I wish I could provide a resolution from the Community, but this represents the best path forward.
Thank you,

I called Quicken support and after 2 1/2 hours on the phone we came to the conclusion that SECU has competing ways they want the downloads. Most of the accounts except the loan account need to be downloaded by WebExpress. But any loan account, mortgage HELOC etc needs to be direct connect to show properly in quicken. My end result was I stopped the HELOC downloading and will have to enter the transactions manually.
I ended up having to deactivate all accounts and only do my deposit accounts and CC by WebExpress.
So no real resolution. Only a work around.1
