Has the ongoing problem with downloads from PenFed being fixed?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
After two weeks of trying to download my transactions from PenFed I still get error code CC-503. Has anyone heard if this issue is still ongoing or has it been fixed? I can't understand why this happens repeatedly with this bank. There has to be a lack of communication between Quicken and PenFed. Come on Quicken let's solved this issued once and for all.
