Failed automatic download at Chase

I have 8 accounts at Chase. One account will not download even though Chase says it is connected?

Have you already changed your account connection method, by using the steps provided in the Support Article linked here? Also note that currently, there is an Open Alert regarding Chase accounts and no transactions appearing after an update. You can follow the link here for additional details, and any future updates.
