Updating accounts Quicken never downloads the NFCU transaction it is a 2 step process to get the transactions. PENFED it sometime does download the transactions but I get a message in one step update try again later.

Hi @Martin B Newdorf
Can you give us some more information? On NFCU, are you getting the 2FA pop-up, or not? I am not familiar with PENFED - does that also require 2FA?
How long have you been seeing these issues?

For NFCU uses a 2 step authentication. Once one step starts I get a request for a number that NFCU sends. I get the number and the Update process proceeds. Then I get a second request for a number and I get the new number and enter it. At the end Quicken says it cannot update the accounts. For PENFED it just says there is a problem and try back later. PENFED is a one step authentication.0

Hi again @Martin B Newdorf
On the NFCU issue, I suggest that you Reset those accounts.
Open the account register for any NFCU account in Quicken > click on the "Gear Icon" in the upper right > click on "Edit Account Details > Click on the "Online Services" tab > click on the "Reset Account" button.
For Penfed - this appears to be a known issue that Penfed may or may not be working on (please review this thread for detailed information that a number of other Penfed users have posted - LINK). For now, I would suggest that you monitor Penfed developments here in the community, and you should also consider contacting Penfed to lodge a complaint/get more information.
Let me know how things go and/or get back to me with additional information.
