Quicken not finding all accounts from bank

I recently added a savings account to my bank. How do I get Quicken to show the new savings account? I tried resetting, but that didn't work.

From Quicken --> Tools --> Add Account... Follow the prompts.

I haven't yet. Thought Quicken would find it when I reset checking account.
