Why does Quicken Windows close every time I click on an loan account?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
None of my accounts are linked to financial websites, so it's not a sync error. This problem started yesterday (11/03/2022). The update process seems to be failing as well. I no longer get the Update Successful confirmation screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. That didn't work.

If you haven't shut down your computer recently, please reboot > open your Quicken datafile and then try opening the loan account again. If that doesn't work, I suggest that you follow the Advanced Datafile Troubleshooting Guidance located at this LINK . Specifically - you should go directly to "Third, Copy your file and Validate".
