Fuzzy Font Fix for Windows 11

I followed the instructions given by Rocket J Squirrel (October 2021) in the discussion @ https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20220982#Comment_20220982. This did fix the fonts although my menu was not displaying correctly.
I made one change to the High DPI Scaling Override to use "System (Enhanced)" rather than "Application". This fixed the fonts and also allowed the menu to display correctly. See png of dialogue.
