web scheduled 'bills and income' does not have a manual feature to "enter"

Quicken Web scheduled 'bills and income' does not have a manual feature to "enter" the transaction before the scheduled due date. Quicken IOS mobile and Windows app both have the manual "enter" feature. Am I missing something? Thanks

    I am sorry about this issue with menu options that seem to be missing. Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community.

    Have you tried clicking on the Add Manually option in the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on the ADD button in the upper right-hand side of the screen? This would be found in the Bills and Income tab to the left-hand side of the page when you log into the application.
