Persistent CC-800 error All America Bank

I have had persistent CC-800 errors with this account. I have tried deactivating/reactivating, and resetting account multiple times. It says its successful and the next time I do a one step update, it shows an error again.

If you have already attempted the steps listed in the Support Article (be sure to save a backup first by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen) linked here, then I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support with the information provided in this link. They will need to document and troubleshoot this issue in greater detail with the tools and resources available at their disposal.
