    Can you give us some additional information that hopefully will help us understand your issues?

    What is the name of the financial institution and the type of account?

    Is this only happening when you are using "Quicken on the Web", or is it also happening on your desktop version?

    Which version of Quicken are you running?

    Do you see any error codes?
