Need Attention Accounts

I have 2 accounts that constantly show under the Needs Attention category.  Quicken states the accounts claim to be locked, but they are not.  I easily log onto the accounts and I can send check payments to them.  After a few months of the accounts being listed this way, there appears to be no way of removing them from the Needs Attention Status.  See the attached image for more info.  Genworth and Rockland cannot be removed from where they are listed as Needs Attention.

    I was able to remove the 2 payees with "Online Bill Manager."
