Lack of password update ability in the password vault

It seems like with the last update Quicken has taken away the ability to update passwords by going to your password vault. I called support and they informed me that the only way to update password now is to deactivate online connection then reactivate it putting in a new password. Is anybody else having that problem or did the support person light a me?

    yep...........having the same problem.. Did you try the suggested 'deactivate online connection then reactivate it' .................and if so....did it work...... To me, it seems every time there is a quicken update, some type of (new) problem surfaces.........
