How should I classify Deductions for a Long Term Disability Plan

I recently signed up for a Long Term Disability Plan with my employer, and a deduction (after tax). How would I be classifying this deduction. It does not look like a pre-set category in Quicken. Should I just create one? Also, I shouldn't be creating an Asset account for the amount I am deducting correct?
