December 2022 transactions are not correct

There are transactions in some Quicken accounts that don't exist in the actual accounts and some transactions for December 2022 in the actual accounts that will not download to Quicken

    Can you give us some more information, so that we can better understand what you are seeing and what may be happening?

    Please tell us:
    •  which type(s) of accounts are having these issues - e.g. bank accounts, investment accounts, credit cards, etc.?
    •  what are the names of the financial institutions for the accounts in Quicken that are having these issues?
    •  for the accounts that have these problems - what are the connection methods involved - e.g. direct connect. express web  connect, express web connect+, or manual download?
    •  when did this behavior begin?
    Any additional information will be helpful.  Get back to us and we'll go from there.

    The "ghost" transactions in the Wells Fargo checking account have disappeared with the latest download. However, now there is a Blue Cross transaction in my Mountain America Credit Union Quicken account that does not exist in the actual account.
    Both of these are checking through express web connection.

    Please ignore my earlier comment. That was a valid transaction. The ghost transactions seem to have been cleared with this latest download.

    Hi @LuLu2098,

    It is very possible that the "ghost transactions" you are seeing are, in fact, "pending transactions".  Some accounts that download via Express Web Connect are now sending pending transactions (that have been presented to the bank but not yet officially processed) in Quicken downloads.
