signing in problems

Whenever I log in, I get an error message saying "can not connect to server". This has been going on for months. I had Geek Squad heck for me. They could not help me. All my problems started when the system asked me to renew my subscription way before the expiration date. I believe it is called the "mondo" problem. I have not been able to use Quicken since that day. I have windows 10. Firefox is up to date. My Quicken version is R44.28.
