When will bill and other transactions auto entry be fixed?

For years, it worked flawlessly - now I can only manage to be REMINDERS, but not actual ENTRY of the transactions I want. I know this discussion goes back awhile, but I am dumbfounded as to why this really useful feature was ever eliminated. Please put back the autoentry.
