When I update Fifth Third accounts Quicken has been reporting OL-393-A since Jan 14. Anyone else seeing this?

So I think I've gotten to the bottom of this. I don't recall going into account details in ages, and certainly not the online services tab. but I did yesterday thinking maybe de-activate & re-activate might help. As it turns out online bill pay was set to Yes for a couple of the accounts. I've never used that service and don't intend to, but flipping it to No seems to have resolved the issue.

Yes, I have the same issue and it's covered in another thread for what it's worth. No joy on a fix yet.

With the register at the problem account, edit account details...online services tab, check at the bottom of the tab to ensure online bill pay is set to No. Repeat for all accounts at that institution. I have four at Fifth-Third, two were No a two were Yes. It only takes one to be a problem.
Of course this "fix" wouldn't apply if you use online bill pay.
