Chase new download signup reports accounts

When I try to sign up for downloads from Chase, I get message that multiple accounts are already being being updated. These accounts no longer exist in either quicken or Chase. There is no way to uncheck the checkbox next to these accounts. The result is multiple duplicate transactions. Some of these are old accounts since closed and marked no for direct and others are where a new credit card was issued for the same account.

    Unfortunately, given the nature of this issue, it will be necessary to reach out to Quicken Support. You can do this with the information provided in this link. They will need to document and troubleshoot this issue in greater details with the resources and tools uniquely available to them. I wish that I could provide a resolution from the Quicken Community, but this represents the next necessary step in addressing this issue.
