how to download checking account entries?

    Hi @brivi7,

    Can you give us some more information, so that we can understand your issues?  Which financial institution is involved? Have you tried to connect but it failed? Have you setup any accounts in Quicken yet?  Have you watched any videos available through Quicken on getting started etc.
