Do we have an answer to the post from September 2022 regarding updating from our Citi Card accounts?

It certain looks like this problem has been going on for some time. Why is there no resolution to it? Error Code-102. Either tell us to redo the link to our Citi Card account or get the problem fixed.

    I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER TOO.

    I actually “unlinked” my Citi Card account from Automatic download, then re-linked it through Quicken. During that process it downloaded part of my transactions. Not sure if it will continue to download transactions the next time I try or not.
