Synchony Bank CC-800 error

I have two Synchrony accounts - Amazon store card and Care Credit card. About a week ago they stopped downloading with One Step Update. These accounts have worked in Quicken for years. I tried the instructions for the CC-800 error of deactivating and reactivating automatic downloads but that has not worked.

Is Quicken no longer working Synchrony accounts?
