Login failed for Dominion Energy NC eBill

Receiving login failed when attempting to auth against Dominion Energy NC for eBill. I keep receiving errors that the account is Locked and it prompts for OTP. I have used passwords via SMS and I'm still unable to login. Anyone else experience something similar?

Have you tried Review & Repair Online Billers? This function is available from the gear icon in the Bills, Income & Transfers view.
