This problem has been going on for too long, and "sign in as a different user" seems a convoluted way to fix the problem and makes me wonder about how secure the system is. I am still cutting and pasting when download fails. This is not the first time this failure to download problem has happened, and the last time it happened to me was in 2021. I have been a Quicken user for many years, but have yet to get a feel for the new cloud-based system. How does one determine if the cloud is turned on or off? I am running Deluxe, with R48.15, Windows 10 Home. This time it happened after update to R48.15. Is Quicken becoming too complex to operate effectively?
