Another app uninstalled quicken and now I can't find my data file

Quicken was accidentally uninstalled …. I can re-download quicken but can't find where my data file would be

If you launch Quicken, before you start from scratch, take a look at menu File > Open Recent. Your file should be listed there as long as the prefs file wasn't also removed.

If that doesn't work, the default location for your data file is (username) > Library > Application Support > Quicken > Documents. Hold down the Option key while clicking the Go menu in Finder to get to your Library folder.
