Schwab transactions won't download

I have tried everything posted to try to get them to download, authorizing, re-branding, deactivating old accounts since cannot go back more than a few weeks for them as Schwab doesn't have a manual quicken download process. Also spent an hour with support rep with no result. Thought I would try a last time before I transfer my accounts to Wells Fargo where I can manually download if I need to.
