I enter in the Financial Institution Field "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" and then enter my login credentials. I have had no issues downloading to Quicken Mac now since March 2021.

here is the Credit Card config info - looks like only Express Web Connect is the supported downloading protocol

Thanks to Marco57. "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" is the KEY to unlocking this bank. Even in the windows 10 version.

Using "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" just worked for me in Windows 10 version. I did NOT delete my existing Amazon card account from Quicken. After backing up my Quicken file, I just decided to leave my existing Amazon card account alone, and just ADD another account. Ctrl-A > Add Acct > in search field I entered "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" & VOILA! It searched for my accounts & offered me the option to LINK TO EXISTING ACCT. Result is NO new account was created & my existing account is now identified properly AND allows for ONE STEP UPDATE! Thanks Marco57 !!!
