How to receive 2FA code from Ally Bank by phone call instead of SMS text

When setting up Express Web Connect in Quicken, Ally Bank will not text its 2FA code to my cell phone because they do not support my provider. They will phone the code to me however. Quicken asks me how I want to receive the code but then gives me only the option of an SMS text and not a phone call. How do I opt for the call in Quicken?

    I have a Canadian cell provider (Fido) which Ally refuses to text to although they will call me on my cell with the code.
