New Quicken 2017 installation stuck at login screen

I installed Quicken 2017 on a new machine (Windows 11) and wanted to open my QDF data file. It used to work before (also Windows 11).

However, I can't get past the login screen to Quicken ID. I'd be happy to enter my details but the screen is just blank.
