I tried all the error "Fixes". Nothing seems to work to resolve. Several days now.

Has this been working, and just started happening with the CC-800 error - or a brand new Add Account ?

This error was on an old account that I had been downloading for several years with no issues. Fidelity Rewards Visa by Elan Financial Services.
