CC-800 Error Fidelity Rewards Visa, fails to download transactions.

I tried all the error "Fixes". Nothing seems to work to resolve. Several days now.

    This error was on an old account that I had been downloading for several years with no issues. Fidelity Rewards Visa by Elan Financial Services.
