you just "downgrade" from HBR to the Deluxe version, and then just "open" your Quicken file as normal.

The "features" of Quicken are determined by the User ID and what version you purchased.
All the data files are the same, the data is the same - it's merely the robust nature of Reporting, etc -

And the "plain" version would be - Deluxe or Premiere -

sorry, the Deluxe version. I've retired and my life has been simplified. I no longer need the rental or business aspect of Quicken.

If you are in the middle of a subscription, the only way to downgrade is to contact Quicken Support (link at top of this page). They will tell you if you can downgrade and get a refund for the unused portion or not.
