Fixing Quicken "Bills and Income" bill manager.

I am having some difficulty setting up Xfinity/Comcast. Linking it to Xfinity for billing updates, etc. An alert at the left side of the entry indicates "Attention Required -- Your XFINITY account needs you to update some details. Some of the login details you provided may not be correct." --- I select the "FIX IT' button and go through the process and I receive a screen that asks for an "Identification Code" with no other information such as "Where do I find this Identification Code?"     Isn't/Shouldn't that be a code texted to your cellphone or emailed to you?

    It seemed the problem took care of itself. I guess I am getting too used to "Instant Gratification"!
