Indexes don't update when I run One Step Update

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

On Investing page, when I run One Step Update everything updates except the Indexes I am watching (Dow, NASDAQ, etc.). Does anyone know how to fix this?

    When you look at Tools / Security List, are each of these indexes defined as Type = Market Index with the correct Ticker Symbol and is there a checkmark in each of their "Download Quotes" field?

    Also - checkmark [x] WATCH LIST

    Type = Market Index seems to be an exception in that regard. Watch List does not need to be checked to get those index 'prices' downloaded. For other types, the security either needs to be "owned' or it needs to be in the watch list.
