Citibank?

I've been getting the CC-502 error for Citibank (credit card) for at least 8 months. All Quicken says is that they're working on it. Not good enough. How about a solution?

Have you tried using Citi Cards as the financial Institution name for your Citi credit cards?

Deleted the download profile and started from scratch. Selected "Citi" and provided requested login info. Quicken connected on "online.citibank.com" and went through a download cycle without apparent error (nothing to download since I'd done it by hand earlier today). Will check in a week to see if that has fixed it.

That worked for me--we'll see if it sticks. Thank you!

I am having the same problem for months now. Quicken says Citi is at fault and Citi says Quicken is at fault. At Citi's request I have deactivated my quicken account but I have not been able to reactivate. I've used, Citicards, Citybank, and Citi Choice Visa with no success, although I am able to log in directly to my online account using the same password and username.

    Any suggestions?
