Quicken 2017 works with Win 11 22H2 OS build 22621.1265 (laptop)
Quicken 2017 does NOT work with Win 11 22H2 OS build 22621.1555 or higher (workstation)

First, make sure you install the Quicken 2017 R20.5 mondo patch from https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quicken-2017-patches.html

Second, you need to copy the C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Quicken\Config\QUICKEN.INI file from the working version of Quicken to the non-working one.
