ALLY - not able to update
The accounts in ally download fine but I am unable to add any new ones. If I try to connect to ally I get and error about not being able to connect to quicken servers. This has been going on for several weeks now.

just to clarify - do you mean that Ally downloads with One Step Update just fine,
BUT…. you can not get the Add Account to work for adding any new accounts - ?QWin Deluxe Subscription - Win100
Please try this:
Shut down your PC. Reboot your Internet router.
Once Windows has been restarted, start Quicken and
• Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
• Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
• Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.0
