Transfers between Accounts do not show up in Both Accounts - MacOSX

I am using Quicken for MAC. Recently I have noticed that transfers between accounts only show up, in a few cases, in one of the two accounts. The only recourse is to delete the transfer from one account and try again to link the transfer. Sometimes it does not work, surprisingly. This is a recent phenomenon. But it happens more than once. What I mean is that even though it appears the transfer is correct when looking at the register in one account, the register of the other account does not show the transfer.

    I have the exact same issue! There must be a bug! Any transfers from December 2022-March 2022 have not gone through to the other account. Arghhh!

    Same issue. Quicken Mac doesn't match payments from bank with credit card payments. I have to manually go into each credit card and change "credit card payment" to transfer:bank—then I get the pop-up that it finds the match in the bank account. Any way for this to be automatic?

    IMHO, for best results manually enter transfer transactions into your register BEFORE you download transactions from the bank which contain the transfer confirmations.
    For recurring transfers use scheduled reminders and enter them a day or two before the due date.
    Be sure to use distinct Payee Names for each transfer / credit card payment to avoid confusing Quicken - memorized payee entries.
    That takes the guesswork out of the download process. Because a correctly entered transfer transaction already exists in your account registers, the download process should just match the downloaded transfer transaction to the existing one in both accounts.

    Same issue. Only finding these errors when reconciling later.
