Is it possible to import invoice line items?

In QH&B one can create an invoice and enter line items manually. So is it possible to import the invoice line items from an external file - QIF, CSV, etc.? This of course, assumes the external file has existing items, categories, etc.

Not sure how this ended up in Quicken for Mac - I am using Windows QH&B Subscription.

There are two articles in Quicken Help about https://help.quicken.com/display/WIN/Export%2Bdata%2Bfrom%2BQuicken and https://help.quicken.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=3217115 which mention "Business Lists", Invoice Items and Business Templates. However, neither article goes into details about what this does and how to format the QIF File.
