Capital One Account is not downloading transactions

I have not been able to dowlad transactions from the capital one credit card since March 17th. I have tried to close, reactiviate and link as described in previous posts. I also reported the problem through Quicken. I do not want to start over and recategorize all of my transactions. Please fix ASAP.
