Adding new account

When I try to add a new account, I only have choices of Banking or Cash. I want to add an IRA account.

    If you are using the Starter Edition of Quicken, I'm sorry to say that Investment accounts and account types other than basic checking, savings, credit cards and cash are not supported.
    You need to upgrade your subscription to at least the Deluxe Edition.
