How can I get Quicken to display the button to reauthorize my USAA bank accounts?

I am receiving constant OL-301-A errors. Quicken FAQ says to click the reauthorize button in the Update Summary window, but there is no button for me. How do I reauthorize my accounts?

    In case it helps anyone else, I worked with support to completely remove all the connections from all USAA accounts and then rebuild them back from scratch. That updated everything to the new EWC+ connection method and my accounts updated successfully.

    Are you saying, to get USAA to work again, you deactivated your USAA accounts in Quicken and reactivated them again?
